Lab facilitators are an important part of any program delivered at the Maritime School of Paramadicine. They are active Paramedics from many areas of Nova Scotia, thus helping us provide students with current and fair evaluations in the lab setting.
Throughout the programs, students are required to complete many essential skill and scenario assessments. The lab setting evaluations are completed by the facilitators. Each skill is performed and evaluated by four separate facilitators. For students, this provides them with the confidence in the skill.
